Morgan C. James is an award-winning creative with over 10 years of experience in animation and design.
Morgan's career started as a 3D Artist with Buck Design after graduating from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
After leaving Buck, Morgan became a sought-after freelance artist / director / lead working at many notable
studios such as Blind, Brand New School, Buck Design, Colour Movie, Core, Digital Kitchen, Ember, EVB,
Gentleman Scholar, Hornet Inc., Leviathan, Logan, Optimus, Prologue, Spacejunk, Stardust, Thornberg & Forester,
Transistor Studios, Vitamin, Young and Rubicam, and YU&CO. He has developed and collaborated on
numerous projects for a variety of clients including: Apple, Nike, Adidas, Callaway, McDonald’s,
British Gas, Intel, Microsoft, Nascar, T-Mobile and Motorola among others.

A born “hands-on” type leader, Morgan loves to get into the trenches and artistically problem solve any challenging
work he takes on. He has been commended on how he solves, delegates, and follows through with challenging
projects. He loves the work that he does. He loves animation. He loves being challenged.
Morgan is currently freelance in sunny Columbus, Ohio.
